Home Safety Assessment This comprehensive home safety evaluation completed by Steve Kiley BS, COTA/L, CDP, CADDCT will identify fall risk factors both inside and outside the home. Practical modifications will be recommended that will enhance safety and reduce the risk of falls. From improving lighting and eliminating tripping hazards to recommending grab bars, non slip surfaces, and furniture placement adjustments, the goal is to create a safer environment and provide peace of mind for seniors and their family. A written report with recommendations will be provided to the senior, family member, and therapist if working with therapy at the time of the evaluation. Cost $250.00
